Product Details
The Central Nervous System of Your PV Array
The OneHo EQ Gateway connects your rooftop microinverters to the cloud, enabling real-time monitoring and remote maintenance. Unlike the all-in-one Combiner box, this standalone unit is designed for flexibility, making it perfect for custom installation cabinets, indoor retrofits, or large-scale commercial projects.
Why Choose the Standalone EQ Gateway?
-
Massive Scalability: A single Gateway unit can communicate with up to 250 microinverters. This makes it the ideal choice for large commercial installations where the standard residential Combiner box is not sufficient.
-
Stable PLC Communication: Uses Power Line Communication (PLC) to collect data from microinverters over existing AC wiring up to 1000m distance. This eliminates the need for complex data cabling on the roof.
-
Flexible Internet Connection: Uploads data to the OneHo Cloud via Ethernet cable, WiFi, or optional 4G cellular data, ensuring connectivity even in locations without a fixed internet line.
Key Features
1. Three-Way Connectivity Standard models support WiFi and Ethernet connections. The optional 4G model (EQ-MU-WG) allows for independent cellular data transmission, perfect for remote sites or barns with poor WiFi coverage.
2. Zero-Export & Power Limiting Equipped with an RS485 interface, the Gateway connects directly to the Acrel Smart Meter (sold separately). This enables advanced grid management functions such as Zero-Export (anti-reverse current) and precise power limit settings.
3. Remote O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Installers can perform firmware upgrades, parameter configurations, and module-level health checks remotely through the OneHo Cloud, reducing the need for on-site service visits.
4. Compact Indoor Design Measuring just 174 x 113 x 35 mm, this compact IP30 unit fits easily into standard DIN-rail electrical cabinets or distribution boxes.
